PMS Tincture
PMS Tincture is used to help soothe symptoms like abdominal pain, cramps and spasms, dysmenorrhea, hiccups, irritable bowel syndrome, leg cramps, menstrual cramps, nervous exhaustion and premenstrual syndrome.
It was initially designed to support male or female muscle dysfunction symptoms associated with fibromyalgia (muscle tenderness or pain, delayed onset muscle soreness, or muscle spasms) and multiple sclerosis (cramping, difficulty walking, inability to rapidly change motions, involuntary movements, muscle paralysis, muscle rigidity, muscle weakness, problems with coordination, stiff muscles, clumsiness, muscle spasms, or overactive reflexes) like symptoms.
It was named after its formulator’s initials Dr. Paul M. Schmillen in 2001.

DOSING
For Adults: Dilute 2 droppers (40 drops) in about 1 or 2oz. of water or juice twice daily or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, dilute 4 droppers (80 Drops) into about 2 oz. of water or juice twice to 3 times daily for additional support.
For Children: Dilute 1 dropper (20 drops) in about 1 or 2oz. of HOT water twice daily or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, dilute 2 droppers (40 Drops) in about 2 oz. of HOT water twice daily for additional support.

ADDITONAL BENEFITS OF PMS
Damiana Leaf is used to treat headache, bedwetting, depression, nervous stomach, and constipation, for prevention and treatment of sexual problems, boosting and maintaining mental and physical stamina, and as an aphrodisiac.
Dandelion Leaf contains taraxasterol, a compound known for having significant antioxidant properties that combat inflammation.
Ginger Root increases serotonin and dopamine levels. This can reduce inflammation, which may cause depression. Ginger could also provide benefits for anxiety, depression, dementia, Alzheimer's disease and post-traumatic stress disorder. Eases stomach pains: Ginger can treat nausea and motion sickness.
Peppermint Leaf has a calming and numbing effect, and is often used to treat headaches, skin irritation, nausea, diarrhea, menstrual cramps, flatulence, and anxiety associated with depression. It is also an ingredient in chest rubs used to treat symptoms of the common cold.
Red Raspberry Leaf is used for gastrointestinal (GI) tract disorders, respiratory system disorders, heart problems, heart failure, high blood pressure, fever, diabetes, vitamin deficiency, painful periods, heavy periods, morning sickness associated with pregnancy, preventing miscarriage, and easing labor and delivery.
FOR BEST RESULTS
Tincture dosing - (1 dropper is 20 drops) / Best mixed into 1 to 2 oz of juice or water.
Continue to drink plenty of water throughout the day to assist with any detox like symptoms.
Detox symptoms are not uncommon to experience. This could be headaches, joint pain, muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, sweating, chills, nausea, etc.
