Our Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Free domestic shipping for orders of $500 or more.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking will be sent once the order has been packaged and processed.

Please Note: Orders placed after 5 PM (MT) on Friday will be processed on Monday.

3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on product once it leaves our warehouse.

5. ORDER ERRORS
Any order errors — including mis-shipments, missing items, etc. — must be reported within 5 days of order delivery to receive resolution or correction.

6. DELAYED ORDERS
For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

7. DAMAGED ORDERS
Simplistic By Nature is not responsible in the event of damage, delays, loss, or theft during transit. Claims must be filed with the carrier. If the package is ineligible for a claim or the claim is denied, Simplistic By Nature is not responsible for providing compensation.

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
No International shipping. We only offer domestic shipping.
