GI-Rescue is a great herbal blend that has been used to soothe and support the gastrointestinal mucus membrane.
DOSAGE
For Adults: Take two capsules two times per day or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, take two capsules four times per day for additional support.
For Children 12 and under: Take one capsule two times per day or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, take one capsule four times per day for additional support.

Wild Yam Root it has been used to treat inflammation, muscle spasms, and a range of disorders like colic, a reason for another name for the plant, colic root.
Yellow Dock Root helps stimulate bile production, which increases the rate at which the body can break down fats and lipids. It's also a source of anthraquinones, which are useful for smoothing bowel movements and preventing constipation.
FOR BEST RESULTS
Take capsules with enough water. Continue to drink plenty of water throughout the day to assist with any detox like symptoms.
