Despite the name, red raspberry leaf tea doesn’t taste like raspberries. It tastes like a common black tea.

DOSAGE
For Adults: Take two capsules two times per day or otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. In some circumstances, take two capsules four times per day for additional support.
